This has become my daughters favorite. I make as written except I do have to say depending on the thickness and your oven cooking time varies. I turn them at 15 min and then check them at around 30 minuites. If they're at 145 degrees i take them out.

Stove Top Coated Baked Pork Chops,This has become my daughters favorite. I make as written except I do have to say depending on the thickness and your oven cooking time varies. I turn them at 15 min and then check them at around 30 minuites. If they’re at 145 degrees i take them out.,Because, I did not have time to make bread crumbs, ( I ran out). I ground the Stovetop croutons in my food processor, added 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese dredged the chops in egg, fried, and baked in the oven for 24 minutes, at 325 degrees.. Turned out great. moist 4 chops, made gravy. Had made succotash, and of course applesauce. I am so grateful to see this recipe online, just the grinding helps. Thank you for sharing!
