Meatballs,From Meatball subs to spaghetti and everything in between, these are an all around staple in our house. Even my SO who isn’t a fan of red sauce loves them.,OH, SO DELICIOUS! What I personally love about this recipe…E A S Y, but definitely NOT lacking flavor! I tried this recipe probably around the first of this year, and have been making these meatballs at least one to two times a month! (sometimes more) Sorry, it took me so long to post.,This is a good baseline recipe for meatballs. used ground beef (80/20), added an egg, used 4 fresh garlic cloves, 3 leaves of fresh basil, extra salt since I didn’t use garlic salt, 1/2 a medium yellow onion and used some extra bread crumbs because I had 1.75 lb of meat. The extra spices seemed to help out the bland issue some of the other reviewers commented on. Turned out really great. Used the first batch for spaghetti and meatballs. Tomorrow we will use the rest for meatball subs. Thanks for sharing! *~*The TINK*~*
