Cottage Broccoli Casserole, We had a ham last night, and I needed a recipe, but couldnt find exactly what I was looking for, so I combined a few different recipes, and here is the final product , This was a nice chiange from normal broccoli I think that the next time I try it I will sprinkle some colby jack cheese over the top about 5 minutes before I take it out of the oven Thanks for the recipe :), We enjoyed this I like how you can have the ingredients on hand and make it whenever I don’t typically like frozen broccoli, but this is a good way to use it! I didn’t know to cover it or not during baking, so b/c it was such a long baking time I did At the end of baking I added a small amount of shredded cheese blend on top I’ll be using this recipe again THANKS!
