    Salsa Bites, These are fun to eat , These are quick to throw together for a light snack during tv time for us We make them often and enjoy them! We top ours with a little chunky salsa, a dollop of sour cream and a black olive Yummy!, These are really yummy but I had terrible problems with them sticking to the pan once they were cooked used a non-stick mini muffin pan that was well sprayed with oil, but I couldn’t get them out at all so didn’t end up serving them They taste good though and I’ll try again using liners

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F.

    in a Large Bowl, Beat the Cream Cheese Until Smooth.

    Blend in Salsa and Eggs.

    Stir in Cheddar Cheese, Olives, Onion and Garlic.

    Lightly Spray Mini Muffin Pan With Oil, Fill With Mixture.

    Bake 15- 18 Minutes Until Centers Are Set.

    Remove from Oven and Cool in the Pan For 5 Minutes.

    Top With Additional Salsa or Sour Cream If Desired.
