Directions
Karen’s Swiss Steak (Stove Top, Crock Pot or Oven), This recipe can be prepared on the stove top, or in the oven or crock pot I decided to post it since it is a bit different than the swiss steak recipes I have seen on here Just wait until you smell this stuff cooking!, I know it will turn out well because I have used before but now I make without carrots and add mushrooms Also, I like to serve with mashed potatoes or baked potatoes Sides can be any of your favorite veggies and salad I like to also add red, yellow or orange bell pepper slices
