6 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips or 6 ounces bittersweet semisweet chocolate chunks

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies

    Great tasting cookies! I added about 1/4 more peanut butter. The peanut butter taste was still faint. Maybe I added too much chocolate, if thats even a thing. Instead of cooking them right away I rolled them into logs, wrapped them in Saran, and put them in the freezer. Now when I want a few fresh cookies I can just take them out, slice them up and pop them in the oven. Its perfect portion control and they dont have time to get stale.

    Cream the Butter and Peanut Butter Together Until Fully Incorporated.

    Add the Sugars and Cream on Medium Speed.

    Add the Egg and Vanilla and Mix Until Completely Incorporated.

    Add the Flour and Baking Soda, Mix Until No White Remains, Then Add the Chocolate and Mix on Low Just Until Everything Comes Together.

    Drop by Teaspoonfuls Onto Parchment-Lined Baking Sheets.
