Glazed Finger Wings, These are fabulous, good for a crowd, kinda casual and very sticky But so good I’ve been making these since the seventies and guests are disappointed if they aren’t on the appy table , I guess it depends on what ingredients you use, but with fresh ginger and lemon juice we totally loved these wings! I did cut down on the salt and used low sodium soy sauce too!, I found this sauce to be rather bland I couldn’t taste any of the major elements to it the soy sauce, the lemon juice, or the ginger It tasted basically like simple syrup was drizzled over chicken wings If I were to try this again, I would definitely use fresh ginger, and maybe even more soy sauce, because otherwise this is a recipe for really bland chicken That’s just my opinion though
