Pork Tenderloin With Pears, From the Dream Dinners cookbook. Yet to try this one. Can also double or triple the recipe and freeze some for later!, FANTASTIC!! Hubby claims this is the best pork he has ever had – and I have been told to put it to the top of my cooking list. Thanks for sharing., This was fantastic, and easy!! I cooked it both time in my crock pot, on low for about 6 hours. I also cut the pairs up a bit, so they weren’t big chunks. I omitted the wine, only because I didn’t have any on hand, and used a 1/2 tsp of ginger powder because that’s what I had. Everyone loved it, even my kids. The “sauce” tastes great poured over some brown rice on the side. I’ll keep making this one!
