,Ive been using my air fryer (affiliate link) all week, yesterday I shared my honest review and an empanada recipe and today I shared this pork chop recipe, which I also have on my blog as a baked version. I wanted to make something Ive already tested to see how they compared. The results came out better in the air fryer, because it was crispier and the breading adhered better. The flavor was the same, so if you dont have an air fryer, you can make these in the oven. These cooked much quicker than they do in the oven. But the down side is it fits 3 at a time, so if I wanted to bake all 6 I would have to make them twice. Since we were only 3 for dinner, it worked out great, I halved the recipe. Because I was eating with my aunt, I made these gluten-free with GF panko and breadcrumbs, they tasted exactly the same!
