Mixed-Fruit Smoothies,Quick, colorful, and delicious, these four-ingredient fruity shakes are as good-looking as they are good for you. Score a few extra oohs and aahs by using the two-tone serving suggestion. Source: Better Homes and Gardens,Made this as a two-tone drink, but they were very tall drinks for 2 of us! used banana, yogurt, strawberries & cranberry/pomegranate juice for one & banana, yogurt, mango & mango nectar for the second one, leaving out the honey & nuts! Worked out great, & we loved the flavor combo! Thanks for the great idea! [Made & reviewed in Healthy Choices ABC Tag],This is a delicious smoothie! used grape juice with mine. Loved it and will make it again! Made for Gimme 5 tag.
