Persian Fruit Salad, This is a traditional fruit salad that we always serve in the summer. It is traditionally served on the holiday of Tu Be’Shvat, but we love to eat it all summer long., how much salad is considered a serving?, Wow, I liked this a lot. More than I thought I would. used clementines instead of oranges, red delicious apples, I didn’t have dates so I left them out but I love soft Iranian dates, used dried apricots, the almonds and the coconut plus the rest of the ingredients. I would make this again.
