Pepsi Pork Roast, This recipe sounds strange and tastes wonderful. We have experimented with other brands of soda, but none worked as well. You can also cook potatoes and carrots with the roast for a complete meal., I made this today for our hunting camp. Everyone loved it and one guy wanted the recipe. It was a huge hit. I will make it again. Thanks, I didn’t have onion soup mix, chopped half an onion and 2 bouillon cubes minced and added that to the Pepsi. It worked…also didn’t use a crockpot, put into a small roaster and like a gentleman stated…low & slow, 275F x 4 hours…it was juicy and tender, the best I’ve made. Drained the juice and made the gravy..with mashed potatoes & veggie Thank You..
