Directions
Chinese Barbecued Pork, I make extra to add to the leftover rice for terrific fried rice. Great as a meal course or as an appetizer. It goes quickly at potlucks., used pork loin and marinated 4 hrs. It was very tender and loved the flavors. Saved half for fried rice tomorrow., Delicious-I marinated overnight, and roasted at 425 because I was in a hurry. Also, used a 50/50 of hoisin and honey because I loooove hoisin. I served it with an Asian salad, and am going to use the leftovers for fried rice tomorrow night. I can’t wait! This was wonderful!

Mix All Ingredients Except Honey and Hoisin in a Large Bowl. |

Marinate For 2 to 4 Hours. |

Place Pork on a Rack Over a Roasting Pan With 1/2 Cup of Water. |

Roast at 375* For 25 Minute. |
