I didn’t have a fresh tomato, so used a can of diced tomatoes, which made the sauce thick and rich. This one is a keeper!!! Thanks!,Made it with about 1/3 cup of lime juice in the seasonings and marinated the sliced meat for an hour in it. Cooked meat, reserved juice for red, green, yellow bellpeppers and onion. Sauteed till liquid was gone. Came out great!
