    Wow, is this good. Can't believe I've never made pimiento cheese before and this won't be the last time. I did use worcestershire in place of the vinegar and I processed in the food processor. Absolutely delicious, I'm sure it will be better after sitting in the fridge a bit. Thanks for the recipe.

    Note: Using 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise Makes a Rather Stiff Spread Which We Like.
