Larabar Copycat (Raw Food),These are very fun and versatile raw food bars. The cashews can be replaced with any nuts, any dried fruits, coconut, oats, or any combination thereof for endless variations. Just try to maintain the 1:3 ratio and you’ll be fine. I actually used a slightly different method – I first pulsed the cashews in the food processor so they were finely chopped. Then I added the dates (which I had soaked in some hot water then drained) and blended with the nuts until it became a ball.
