Nutty Pineapple Nibbles ( Stuffed Celery), Great for kids to help make and good for after school snacks A recipe from Amy Coleman’s PBS cooking show , I just made this and it is GREAT! Thanks for the easy recipe :), Yummy and different! DH and I enjoyed these, we were even dipping celery stalks and crackers in some leftover filling The kids, however, wouldn’t touch them I think it’s a cream cheese thing Not overly sweet and a snack you can feel good feeding the family used dried cranberries and think adding some extras on top as ants on a log would be a nice touch Dried pineapple or other dried tropical fruit would be good, too Noticed hot sauce in the directions ? Thanks, Mercy, for sharing!
