Spicy Vegetable Hummus, I concocted this hummus the other day from a combination of garlic hummus recipes here on Zaar Since I found it kinda bland, I added a few more spices and the vegetables used about a 1/2 cup of vegetables in total You can really use any combination of vegetables that you want: red pepper, red onion, and celery would also be good!, Made this for a church group once and it got rave reviews , We weren’t huge fans, maybe with a little tweaking we could make it fit our tastes but I think we prefer just regular hummus Thanks anway!!
