My husband and I really enjoyed this! I made the recipe exactly. It was a new easy way to make the broccoli. I was worried the broccoli wouldnt get cooked enough but I sliced the it into small pieces and it cooked just fine! Will definitely make again!

Garlic-Spiked Broccoli and Mushrooms,A nice alternative to “old stand-by” side dishes.,My husband and I really enjoyed this! I made the recipe exactly. It was a new easy way to make the broccoli. I was worried the broccoli wouldnt get cooked enough but I sliced the it into small pieces and it cooked just fine! Will definitely make again!,I had broccoli and maitake mushrooms in the fridge which needed to be used. This turned out to be a wonderful use for my ingredients! I made a couple of additions–chopped ginger and sliced green onion, as well as some red bell pepper thinly sliced, for a nice added pop of color. Delicious! Having the leftovers for dinner tonight with some roasted tofu. Thank you for a simple yet perfect recipe.
