Marinated Asparagus,From A Slice of Paradise. This has been a regular at our house for years. It can be made well in advance. It’s quick and easy to assemble for an everyday dinner and pretty enough for a dinner party. I often substitute verjuice for the vinegar. Serve cold.,Didn’t realize I was out of white wine vinegar until I was making this. I had some red wine vinegar on hand. So, used that instead. Turned out very tasty. We served this as a side to the salmon we had for dinner.,love this, I added 1/2 cup chopped red onions and garlic/wine seasoning. awsome, ty

Mix Basil, Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar and Pepper. Set Aside. |
