Directions
Italian Peas, use frozen peas for this one because they are always available but when the fresh peas are in season use them. They make it even more delicious., In my opinion, this recipe could benefit by adding a few tablespoons of liquid. Taste was good, but the peas seemed rather dry to me. Thanks., I made these for the “Best of” tag game and they are delicious and simple. I made them as directed but used a minimal amount of olive oil and omitted the butter. If individuals really want the buttery taste they can add a dab to their individual servings. More garlic is better too!
