Bread Pudding In The Microwave

    This is a five star as it is. I start with a layer of 1/2 the bread, a layer sliced apples, a layer of the remaining bread and a handful of raisins on top. I mix the remaining ingredients and I add !/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla.. I pour it over the bread andl pat the bread down lightly to get the mixture into the bread. My wife loves it more than I do because she doesn't have to cook it.
