Firecracker Shrimp, These shrimp certainly have some fire, but if you really like them spicy, adjust the cayenne pepper according to your taste. This is from a cookbook called “The Backyard Barbecue Cookbook”, Cut back on the cayenne and chili pepper flakes., I made this recipe twice. I really enjoyed the shrimp but despite cutting back on the cayenne and chili pepper flakes my wife found them entirely too spicy for her taste. Compensate accordingly.
