1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can diced italian tomatoes (undrained) or (15 ounce) can mexican tomatoes (undrained)
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can white beans, rinsed and drained (ie navy)
15 ounces beef broth
15 ounces water

    Italian Bean Soup,This is sooo good and sooo easy. Goes great with toasted Mozzarella cheese sandwiches,this was a good soup, only change i made was to add diced celery and diced carrot to bump up the veggie factor. Overall, a good soup.,I’m giving this a four even though I hated it. My husband loved it, so I can’t just throw his opinion out the window! I think I didn’t like the sausage. Easy enough to make, though.
