    I never could cook fish correctly. Found this recipe and I can now say "I can cook a great fish dish", Love it and so simple. I'm celiac so for the Italian bread crumbs I substituted crushed Chex cereal and added some Italian seasoning to it. Great recipe Thanks sooo much.

    Baked Halibut, Wonderful for a busy day Delicious!!, I never could cook fish correctly Found this recipe and I can now say I can cook a great fish dish , Love it and so simple I’m celiac so for the Italian bread crumbs I substituted crushed Chex cereal and added some Italian seasoning to it Great recipe Thanks sooo much , Made this for a second time this evening I am amazed how little effort this is and how yummy it tastes I have a strong dislike for fish, but now I am completely hooked on Halibut It has pretty much no bones and this receipe is so easy to prepare that there is really no excuse not to eat well I dipped the halibut into the melted butter and gentle rolled it in the bread crumbs that I already sprinkled with some salt, garlic and onion power Put in the foiled lined pan for 25 min and served with rice and veggies Pretty good stuff!
