Baked Halibut, Wonderful for a busy day. Delicious!!, I never could cook fish correctly. Found this recipe and I can now say “I can cook a great fish dish”, Love it and so simple. I’m celiac so for the Italian bread crumbs I substituted crushed Chex cereal and added some Italian seasoning to it. Great recipe Thanks sooo much., Made this for a second time this evening. I am amazed how little effort this is and how yummy it tastes. I have a strong dislike for fish, but now I am completely hooked on Halibut. It has pretty much no bones and this receipe is so easy to prepare that there is really no excuse not to eat well. I dipped the halibut into the melted butter and gentle rolled it in the bread crumbs that I already sprinkled with some salt, garlic and onion power. Put in the foiled lined pan for 25 min and served with rice and veggies. Pretty good stuff!
