Busy Day Fish

Features:
    Cuisine:

YUM! used flounder in this recipe and I made a couple of substitutions...used cereal crumbs instead of the bread crumbs and since my family isn't too keen on onions, and I only had Italian dressing mix in the house, that's what used. My topping fell off the fish too when I flipped it, but my family really enjoyed it and the dish was wiped clean! My 8-yr. old said, "This is good fish," and my husband who usually uses ketchup on his fish, didn't use anything because of the great flavor! I'd make this again in a snap...easy and delicious!
