Daddys Tomato Dip

Features:
    Cuisine:

My Daddy grew his own tomatoes, and we always had a surplus when I was young. He would make this most every Saturday night to have while we waited on our steak to grill. My children have grown up with it, they and many of my friends request it when the come to dinner. It is simple, but oh so good! Just make sure you use vine ripe summer tomato's, any others just won't do. The juicier the better! Measurements may vary depending on how juicy your tomato is, so taste as you go. A good french baguette, for dipping, is also very important. Don't skimp on the bread!
