Hearty Turkey Casserole Delight: A Family Favorite Recipe

Features:

My family loved, loved this! My husband didn't even know there was rice in it. :) I only had a small portion but really liked it. They all said how creamy and tasty it was. Enjoyed it so much that I made two. I didn't change a thing but did omit the pimentos only because I didn't have any or any roasted red peppers which would have been awesome as a substitute I think. Oh I did make one change - for the milk - I don't have whole milk in the house but have skim and cereal cream so I mixed them and it was great. The second time used can milk and some cream as I was out of milk all together and it was even more luxurious.
