Mexican Green Sauce

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is one of those great sauces you get at the Mexican restaurants...This is great! I had to make some adjustments though.. I couldn't find green tomatoes so I increase the number of tomatillas. Also, the above recipe doesn't say when to add the jalapenos so I cut them open, seeded them and boiled along with the tomatoes & garlic, peeling the outer skin before I threw them in the blender. After blending, the sauce wasn't hot enough for me so I seeded a raw jalapeno, chopped fine, then blended into the sauce. PERFECT!!
