Grandmas Swedish Thin Pancakes

    Cuisine:

DH doesn't care for thick breakfast pancakes, so this recipe was a winner! Was able to make 8 pancakes in my 5" fry pan using cup measure and #5 on the burner dial. Looking forward to making again in a larger pan for savoury crepes. Thanks for sharing! (Had to mix cream and water as didn't have any milk - worked perfectly.)

(Had to mix cream and water as didn’t have any milk – worked perfectly.),I made 3 batches, used whole milk on 2 batches and 2/3 cup plain yogurt on the third batch. Success! Thank you for sharing.
