If desired, pass malt vinegar and butter to season the cabbage.,I made as posted but the meat came out so mushy…used Hillshire Farms… I think the cabbage was a bit over done…I was away from home and when I got back to the crock pot it still had 2 hours to cook…I immediately put it on warm setting and cooked my boiled potatoes to go along with it…we enjoyed the flavors…I never had this crock pot over cook on the low setting…next time I’ll keep a closer eye on the pot…made for “FYC” tag game…
