Crock Pot Lentil And Ham Soup

Features:
    Cuisine:

Oh, so perfect for a winters dinner. The only adjustments I made were to use two bay leaves, a fresh sprig if rosemary and more ham to give it a meatier taste to the tooth. So very delicious and satisfying. We served with fresh baked sourdough biscuits.??

Crock Pot Lentil and Ham Soup,Easy to make in the crock pot. Warm and hearty, with a light smokiness from the ham.,Oh, so perfect for a winters dinner. Had I not soaked overnight, 9 hours would not have been enough time to cook and I’d still be waiting for dinner.
