Simple Crock Pot Chicken Noodle Soup

    Excellent. I know how to make soup, however, I felt tired today so I just put up a pot of soup in my slow cooker. Very easy, it's still cooking away and smells wonderful. I am highly confident that this will be a winner. My adjustments are the following: substitute water for wine. I am not opening a bottle of wine, I don't think it needs it. substitute a few cloves of fresh garlic for garlic salt. Use parsley instead of basil, and use less, just enough to make it look pleasing. I put 6 pepper corns instead of pepper, and everything will be strained out later.

    Cut Up Onion, Carrots and Celery and Place in Bottom of Crock Pot.
