You probably know how much I love baked oatmeal, its seriously so good and so great to make with any fruit that is in season. Here use over-ripe bananas with fall pears which are sweet enough, I dont have to add to much maple syrup to it. I add just enough for flavor.,Baked oatmeal is also great for meal prep. Bake it, slice it into portions and refrigerate. Then pop it in the microwave a few seconds to heat up.,This fall inspired baked oatmeal recipe is loaded with wholesome ingredientsbananas, pears, oats, nuts and maple syrup. Vanilla and cinnamon adds a sweet-spicy note that enhances the flavor of the fruit.,This baked oatmeal is satiating on its own, but you can add some Greek yogurt on the side if you wish.,You could play around with different nuts and spices. Or swap the pears for apples instead. Any dairy or dairy-free milk can be used.,Refrigerate 4 to 5 days. Freeze up to 3 months.,
