Black Bean and Tortilla Bake, Great quick and healthy dinner , I followed the recipe to a t It didn’t seem like there was enough filling It was kind of dry and bland Wish I would have read the reviews before making, as most of them modify the recipe in some way , Really liked this, used flour tortillas and only 2 per layer Next time will add some diced jalapeos just to do a bit more zip Was really good though
