Cauliflower With Lemon Mayonnaise-Cheddar Crust, I haven’t tried this, but it looks like it has real potential! :, We loved this cauliflower! I do believe that next time I make it I will cut it into flowerettes, make more sauce and prepare it that way. The sauce is so tasty that you want some on every bite. May not be as pretty, but sometimes, well, what the heck! I also subbed dill for the tarragon, as that’s all I could find. Steam the Whole Head of Cauliflower For 15 Minutes, Until Barely Done; Cool Slightly. |

Combine Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Mustard, Pepper, and Tarragon. |

Pat Cheese Onto Mayonnaise-Coated Head of Cauliflower and Bake in Preheated Oven For 10 Minutes. |
