Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu With Mushroom

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was amazing! I doubled the cheese and doubled the sauce and served it over brown rice! Keeper for sure! As someone else pointed out, I had a lot of juice in the pan after. (It takes way more than 20 min. To bake, more like 40 with big breasts). But I also made a garlic and butter sauce and brushed the inside of the breast with the that and wow, so tender, moist and just good ol comfort food! Makes for GREAT leftovers as well!
