Green Tortilla Chili,This is from the Rachael Ray Show. I am making this tonight for a quick, easy dinner! Will post pictures ASAP! Would be great with a green salad for a figure friendly meal-maybe even a twist on the traditional taco salad??,I have been making this for a long time now as I saw it on Rachael’s show too! It is delish. It is so tasty due to the cilantro, salsa and garlic. Yummo!!!,I made this for our PTA’s “Soup Day” for our teachers. This was the first to go! I added a can of rinsed black beans and a can of corn for color. I also added more tortilla chips than the recipe called for to thicken it up. I served this with shredded pepper jack cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips. After it was finished cooking, I did put it in the crockpot over night set at warm…..I think this helped thicken it up and give it more of a chili consistency. Delicious!!!!! Besides regular chili, this is the first soup/chili I have ever made from scratch. Very easy!!!!
