Stir fried Garlic Beef with Broccoli, Broccoli and beef just seem to go together. This recipe with garlic just enriches the flavor, What, no OYSTER SAUCE? It cannot be genuine Beef & Broccoli without oyster sauce, …can it?!, Oh Bergy you’ve outdone yourself with this one. So easy and good, what a great way to use up that left over steak without just reheating it and making it tough. I made as directed except left out mushrooms as I had none, but know would have been even better if that was possible with them. The meat was so tender, the veggies texture just right, and the flavor was all over it. This is a real keeper

Slice the Steak Very Thinly, the Easiest Way to Do This Is to Have It Half Frozen When You Slice It. |

Put Sliced Steak in a Bowl With the Sherry, Soy Sauce and the Cornstarch, and a Little Salt, Let It Rest For 20 Minutes. |

Put 2 Tbsp Oil in a Skillet. |

Put 2 Tbsp of Oil in the Skillet and Stir Fry the Beef Until Nicely Browned, Remove and Keep Warm. |
