African Chicken, Peanuts are common in African cuisine Taken from chef2chef net and posted for ZWT , This was a very tasty dish — loved the peanut butter along with the curry powder used boneless chicken thighs; therefore, I had to add some chicken broth to the rice, but it still did not dilute the flavor or the texture of the sauce Next time I will use chicken pieces with skin on so that there will be more moisture to cook the rice We really enjoyed this dish! Made for the Everyday is a Holiday tag, January, 2012, My husband and I both really liked this dish (my kids, not so much) The peanut butter really gives it a distinct African taste, but the spice combo is what really brought the rice together It’s delicious Thank you, alligirl Made for ZWT7 for the Mischief Makers team
