Cabbage, Sausage and Potato Stew, Hearty stew even children love! One of the few ways my kids will eat cabbage!, I was very excited to find another way that I can enjoy cabbage. I always have leftover cabbage from making rolls and this is a great way to use the extra leaves! Yum!, I made this a few nights ago, it was great! I didn’t have any red wine, so I substituted a good quality balsamic vinegar. Loved it! Thanks for posting.
