Directions
Gram’s Chinese Pepper Steak, This is a tasty way to stretch a little meat a long way and is easy to prepare both important considerations when feeding a large family!, This was absolutely delicious My husband loved it but wanted more meat Next time I make it I will double the meat and maybe add some sliced carrots Will definitely go on my rotation Thanks for the recipe , I made this using a 15 25 ounce can of beef broth and several little home grown bell peppers in assorted colors, so it may well have been more than the recipe called for Also, used 6 large stalks of celery, as a whole bunch seemed like too much The result was delightful served over rice, and will be made again
