    Hominy Casserole, My grandmother used to make this recipe. She got it from a ladies cookbook in Lubbock, Texas. My mom made it, and now I make it. It is a family favorite!, This has been our New Year’s Day dinner for the last umpteen years! It is the BEST!!!, Delicious, I added bacon, chopped zucchini and some chicken.

    Mix All Ingredients Except the Cheese.

    Pour Into 8 or 9" Baking Dish.

    Sprinkle Grated Cheddar Cheese on Top.

    Bake at 350 Degrees For 25 Minutes or Until Cheese Is Thoroughly Melted and Sides of Casserole Are Bubbling.
