1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup apricot juice

    Preheat Oven to 350f

    Prepare Marinade: in Medium Bowl, Whisk Together All Ingredients. Pour Into Large, Shallow Baking Dish.

    Then Add the Tempeh, Turning to Coat.

    Remove from Oven and Let Stand 5 Minutes Before Serving.
