The gravy is great over a baked potato., My grandmother has made these since I can remember and when she got older and no longer could remember how to make them I searched and searched forever til I found this recipe and it taste just like my Memaw made them. Best sauce ever that can be served with pork chops, chicken or even a roast if you want that bbq flavor. This dish never gets old.

    Arrange Pork Chops in a Single Layer in a 3 Quart Oblong Baking Dish.

    Bake at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit For 20 Minutes or Until Chops Begin to Brown.
