Whole Lotta Nuts Granola, Couldn’t tell you where I got this recipe, but it’s a nice crunchy and nutty granola Perfect for breakfast or snack , This is a really good recipe for homemade granola It would be great to use on top of yogurt, or to eat as a cereal with milk, but I just eat it by itself as a healthy snack used every single nut and fruit called for and wouldn’t change a thing, except maybe add a little brown sugar to the butter/honey mixture FYI, this recipe is NOT the cluster type granola Thanks for posting this recipe! Made for My 3 Chefs, 2009 *Update 2/24/10* I have made this several times now and I have tweaked it a bit for personal taste I add a couple of tablespoons of brown sugar to the honey/butter mixture and use 1 cup of pecans instead of 1/2 (I LOVE pecans!) I have found that I love this mixed with a bowl of Frosted Flakes in milk (I know, it’s not as healthy that way) use about 1/2 granola and 1/2 Frosted Flakes It makes a wonderful late night snack or breakfast

Preheat Oven to 325 Degrees. |
