Peruvian Garlic Chicken,How about something hot and spicy for dinner tonight? Serve this with boiled potatoes.,This was really tasty! At the last minute I though I had peanuts and I didn’t. used 1 Tbsp of peanut butter instead, my wife did not notice the peanut taste, but I thought it was a little strong. Next time I will have to remember the peanuts! We use less onions because they’re not our favorite. Also, I wasn’t sure what to do with the jalapenos, so I just plopped them in and let them simmer whole. It did not make the meal too spicy.,This was delicious. used chicken tenders, and instead of yogurt sour cream. The flavors are great, and it smelled wonderful as it cooked. Thanks for a great chicken recipe!

Heat Oil in Large Pan and Saut Onions and Garlic Until Transparent. |
