Crock Pot Roast Pork,I’ve made this recipe for years. It’s easy to make and smells great while it’s cooking. I serve it with applesauce, sweet potatoes and a green veggie. There are never any leftovers.,We received a crockpot in 1988 as a wedding gift with this recipe and have been making it every New Years Day since. The only difference was recipe in the book didnt mention cloves. I have used both pork loin and pork tenderloin depending on what I could find. (Loin is wider and less expensive),It was flavorful. I pumped up the garlic. used it mainly for sandwiches. The cloves gave it an interesting flavor
