NOTE: You will use the two small cans of blueberries included in the packaged muffin mixes; there are no fresh blueberries in this recipe. This breakfast cake comes from one of my old "card libraries" but don't remember which one. so can't give credit where credit is due. It's a family favorite.

    Baked Eggs,I got this recipe from a Welcome Wagon Cookbook,This was a great Saturday morning breakfast. I baked it in a smaller dish, and it rose higher than I thought it would, but it turned out delicious! I added bacon and sliced bell pepper, served with corned beef hash. Thank you for the great breakfast recipe. I’ll will make this again for sure! 🙂
